2. In short
We keep this website simple and privacy-friendly:
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We do not use social media plugins or share your data for marketing.
- Our fonts and images are hosted on our own website, not loaded from third parties.
- Besides our hosting provider Cloudflare, the only external services are Cookiebot (to ask for and store your cookie consent) and Calendly (if you choose to book a call with us).
3. Visiting our website
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., USA. When you visit our website, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data that your browser sends, such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website quickly and to protect it against attacks and abuse. The data is kept for a short period only and is not used by us to identify you or to build profiles. To tell people apart from automated bots, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains how it handles this data, including how it safeguards data transferred outside your country.
4. Cookies and consent
We do not set any cookies for analytics or advertising. Cookiebot (a service of Usercentrics A/S, Denmark) stores a small cookie with your consent choice so we do not have to ask you again on every page. If you use our booking link, Calendly may set its own cookies on its website.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie declaration at the bottom of this page.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we use the details you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number and message) only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to work with you. We keep this information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
6. Booking a call with Calendly
To book a free discovery call, you can use Calendly, an online scheduling service provided by Calendly LLC, USA. When you book, you provide your name, email address and any other details requested directly to Calendly, which processes them to schedule the appointment and shares them with us. Calendly’s own privacy notice applies to this processing, including how it safeguards data transferred outside your country.
7. Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with the service providers named in this policy (Cloudflare, Cookiebot and Calendly) to the extent necessary, or where we are legally required to.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the supervisory authority in your country of residence in the EU or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in Australia.
